He decides to become a salesman for AYS, a big computer company headed by Sunil Puri (Manish Chaudhari). He learns the tricks of the trade from his senior Nitin Rathore (Naveen Kaushik), but soon realizes that sales success depends on customer satisfaction and not on bribery or manipulation. He also faces corruption and unethical practices from his colleagues and managers, who try to sabotage his career.
Harpreet decides to start his own company, Rocket Sales Corporation, from within AYS, with the help of some loyal employees: Girish "Giri" Reddy (D. Santosh), a software engineer; Koena Shaikh (Gauahar Khan), a receptionist; and Sherena Khanna (Shazahn Padamsee), a fashion entrepreneur and Harpreet's love interest. Harpreet and his team offer honest and quality service to their clients, while keeping their identity secret from AYS. They also face competition from another rival company, Double A.
Harpreet's company grows rapidly and earns him respect and admiration from his clients and peers. However, his secret is exposed when Sunil Puri finds out about his parallel business and confronts him. Harpreet is fired from AYS and sued for breach of contract. He also loses his grandfather P.S. Bedi (Prem Chopra), who dies of a heart attack after learning about Harpreet's troubles.
Harpreet refuses to give up and decides to fight back legally. He also gets support from his friends and clients, who testify in his favor in court. Harpreet wins the case and proves his innocence.
